I tried backing out the update but the damage was done and this didn't fix it. It is active as an extension, it's shown in menus but it doesn't react on key shortcuts, 'goto' doesn't show classes (only history), unit tests are run not by R. How can I fix this short of reimaging my machine? After latest update R stopped working in VS17. I'm hoping this is a configuration issue that has been tweaked by the install, but I need to know what was done.Īre there dll's that are no longer compatible with XP that have been shoved on me? I'm not a web head so it could be something is wrong that would be self-evident to someone with that background, but I'm clueless. The tool grabs the control information but no longer highlights the control when doing so and the system sees the controls in the client section of a web page as hidden when they aren't. Yesterday I did an update and it installed KB2736182 and now I'm having serious problems with VS2010 and the Coded UI Test Builder and running the code. ![]() Running on a machine with 4gb ram and XP sp3. I just sent this to the Microsoft Answers Forum, I'm not sure how all these are tied together.
